Black Belt Property Protection is a woman owned business, operating in Oviedo, Florida by Bre Simmons. Bre’s husband, Eric, started his career in the fire alarm and sprinkler industry 18+ years ago and worked hand in hand with hundreds of properties all over Central Florida. The two saw that their customers found it very difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy and dedicated company that focused on their specific needs.
With 10+ years of sales and customer service experience, Black Belt Property’s focus is on making sure our customers and employees are top of mind by maintaining our ‘Family Oriented Approach’ and valuing not only our clients but our employees as well as they are just as critical to the company’s success.
